Talk Like an Egyptian

Inspired by "Words in a French Life" by Kristin Espinasse I've decided to elaborate on my time in Egypt by posting about some of my favorite words and phrases and my memories connected with them.  It's these memories that make me chuckle in the middle of a conversation that isn't funny and make me swallow my tongue when my body instinctively wants to release a little arabic that no one around me gets.
